Domiciliary Care

Our trained and professionals support our service users live independently in their own homes through daily visits or live-in care. Our care allows individuals to remain in their homes and continue living life on their own terms, safe in the knowledge that they have private carers providing all the care and support they require. We support with personal care, assisting with household tasks, medication, and other activities that help to maintain quality of life.

Live- in Care:
We offer a 24- hour service Live-in care that provides full-time care for individuals in their own homes.

Tailored Care:
We understand that some of our service users prefer to do some activities independently and need support with other needs. In JPK Healthcare Homes we offer packages from as little as half an hour a day, up to several visits a day and also overnight care. All our packages are tailored to individual needs.
